Yes, as long as the parcel is still located within our warehouse. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel. We also do not cancel orders that has a late arrival due to a courier service.
We do not have the ability to shut down our logistical operations or that of your courier service in order to discover a single package in a sea of hundreds to thousands of shipments that are all packaged the same.
If we are alerted immediately, where there is enough time to amend the order within the system and before it is routed to our Logistics team and leaves our warehouse. We will do our utmost to assist you in resolving a packaging issue. However, this is not guaranteed and frequently results in non-cancellation and are handled as case-by-case occurrences.
Depending on location, parcels are typically delivered withing 3-5 days of shipping.
